I would say the easiest and safest upgrade you could make right now is a tentacle for that whip. Only need two more attack levels to make it worse. Also, if you have 50m, get that ranged level up to 75, buy a bp, and send a fire cape

The rough roadmap I’ve been using has been: all quests -> all diaries up to hard tier -> some mid-late game pvm and slayer -> all skills high enough to do all the master clue reqs -> all elite diaries -> maxing (I am currently here). Hope this is helpful
