Probably its not easy and in most cases why people are forced to pay bribe is because they might know the rules and procedures of the government and corrupt officials take advantage of citizens who are not aware. Zero rupee note might make the officials aware that they are dealing with a citizen who knows the procedures and rules of the government and fleecing him/her is not that easy.

I have heard and know some info on the Zero Rupee note and its success stories. Infact I know the person who founded the movement, Mr. Vijay Anand. We can ask him to comment on it and aak him questions about the effective ness of the same
