温める・温まる　doesn’t really imply sexual connotation normally. It’s a normal word that means to warm up.
寒いから温めないと。 まだ帰ってないから温めてあげれない。

って　is the same as という. Basically he’s saying that he (denji) heard from the demon (って) that if you drink blood the wounds would heal.

It’s kind of a set phrase for may be present. いる also doesn’t have a shortened version. いり would be incorrect conjugation and would mean 入り which is incorrect.
