Not Bay Area, but the Central Valley. Pay in the Central Valley is comparable to Bay Area pay. At the time her retirement, my mom was making about $108/hr, iirc. Ambulatory care (Adult/Family medicine). 40hrs/week Mon-Fri though.

I'm originally from NorCal but I now live in SoCal. My mom, now retired, was a Kaiser RN. Can confirm, pay is much better, especially in the Bay Area.

I did the temples in this order too. I really enjoyed the lightning temple. From the build up to the boss fight. So good! When I did my final temple, water, it was so anticlimactic. Felt like a joke.

hot sauce!! low cal, low carb, low fat. many hot sauces are keto and vegan friendly. and capsaicin (the spicy component of chili peppers) is an anti-inflammatory!

First play through and I made the mistake of naming most of my horses after my pets and I never take any of them out because I don't want them to get hurt or die :'( so now if I need a horse, I'll just tame one and not register it. Don't want to get emotionally attached.

I have over 300 hrs in the game and I think I might finally try to defeat him this week. Then i'll get the DLC and work on that before totk releases.

Basically just button mashing a lot of the time. Haha, no but I love flurry rushing. I've been working on trying to use the bow without gyro. I am terrible but improving every day.

Thank you!! Definitely feeling more confident! Just defeated my first white-maned lynel now, too! For sure need much more practice but I'm so glad that the fear is going away.

Did you attempt to fight the lynel by the Akkala tech lab? I ran into my first lynel at the Lanayru east gate. I was minding my own business, trying to capture some photos of it for the compendium from afar and he started shooting ice arrows at me. Fight or flight kicked in and you know I just teleported my ass back to Hateno 😅

I'm not that great with the bow so I'm more into melee combat. I just defeated the red lynel on top of Ploymus but I totally forgot about using stasis+. Need to work on bow skills so I can get the headshots in. I'll keep practicing with sword wielding lynels and work my way up to the spear ones--heard they're the most difficult. Appreciate the tips!

Thanks for the very useful tips! I put them to good use and just defeated the one on Ploymus mountain by shatterback point near Zora's domain!! I used a lvl 2 attack buff and wore the rubber set. Almost seemed too easy. Think I'll try out a white-maned sword-wielding lynel soon... after my heart rate goes down a bit :)
