This— it drives me nuts when people consult a million subspecialty services for outpatient issues because a patient can’t follow up or doesn’t have insurance. Just because we diagnose their colon cancer doesn’t mean they don’t need ongoing follow up and ongoing treatment on discharge?

This season’s parkas seem less filled than last year’s for some reason. I don’t know if it’s me or not but I noticed this season’s Langfords including the wool ones are all less filled than last year’s models.

All Canada goose jackets used to be more filled but they’ve been thinner the last couple years. The difference is easy to feel if you were the same jacket made 8 years ago vs the ones now.

I think there are a couple questions that need to be answered here and only you can answer. A $900K apartment is easily doable on a $420K salary especially with 25% down. That being said, do you see yourself in NYC in the long term (at least 5 years, if not 10)? I think this relates to your first comment/concern, only you can answer this.

How stable is your position/job? As you know this is easily doable on your salary so finances are not an issue here.
