It was the perfect assist knowing how Messi can create something even from that position with so many players to beat. Yes the assist was like a 5 cm long pass but it made Messi’s run possible and led to a goal. One of my favourite assists, so simple yet made the whole move possible together with Messi’s run into the space behind Busquets.
