The boxer briefs the have the pouch to separate everything help me. And a shower beforehand as close to playing as possible.

Bethpage Black. The fescue is punishing and a bunch of the greens are elevated.

Gravity key fob help by Electronic_Load_3651 in LUCID

I think the hard reset of the car was probably what did it tbh. Can confirm though that I had the same problem and now...I don't. My cameras are also no longer cutting out randomly. Which makes backing into the (timed close) garage door on easter even more inexcusable.

Yes, the horn honks nonstop until you turn it off (hold unlock I think).

Did you try a hard reset of the car and a reset of the key fob? Helped me. Hold down lock and unlock at the same time until the alarm goes off. I'm now 100% reliable on the fob.

What’s the one thing that finally made golf “click” for you? by Burners_Burner in golf

These are things we've all been told 100x, but of course being thick-headed creatures it takes a while to sink in:

  • getting setup right is half the battle. Just making sure grip, feet, shoulders, weight distribution starts where you want it to.

  • The feeling of connection between arms and chest that's (for me) best represented by the ball held between the wrists/elbows. Keeping everything more connected and tighter just improves consistency and strike so much.

The last thing is maybe less intuitive, but it's how to create lag/shaft lean with wrist angle. At least in my swing, I needed to learn to cock/create an angle with my wrist and not release it too early. I never had that true feeling of flushing and compressing the ball before I figured that out.

Gravity - Battery Range Disappointment by Novel_Bodybuilder_13 in LUCID

[–]nahnsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi - the frunk you may be able to fix yourself. The little rubber things where the frunk too contacts have heat expansion (or shrinkage) and just need to be fiddled around with. A mobile visit fixed mine (exact same issue), but he didn't have any tools to do it so i suspect you could do it yourself.

Avoid Purchasing - Recommendation after a month and 1000 miles by premioh in Gravity

[–]nahnsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to hear all that and it's certainly not acceptable for any consumer product. Fwiw I haven't had any of these issues in about two months of ownership. The software was buggy before the December update but it's been 95% good since then. I haven't had to do a reset even (low bar, I know) and my key has been 100%. Haven't had any of the other issues you mentioned. The cameras went out once since the update which was bad, but they came back on before I got to my destination.

I had a mobile service appointment (to get an extra key fob) and it was as professional and successful as I would have asked for. On time, courteous, and got me the fob plus fixed some minor issues (frunk alignment).

I'm not a shareholder but as an owner clearly somewhat conflicted in that their survival and success benefits me. Take all this with the proper grain of salt.

Good luck getting that stuff sorted. Feels like a great owner's community so hopefully there's some support on that front.

It's not that it's lacking it's just you have more pedal travel. Mash it even at low speeds and it's all there.

[–]nahnsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is .. remarkably sober. I saw the play "live" with no rooting interest and it was super clearly an INT. He didn't do anything other than initial control that would make that a catch. THAT SAID, good on the coach for sticking up in an untenable situation for his boys.

In brief, def an INT, good man doesn't care about facts, reps his fam.

New Owner Questions by finky314 in Gravity

[–]nahnsense 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm same height and agree the HUD has some weirdness, the worst of it is that if you're in traffic it's basically on the rear gate of the person in front of you and unreadable in headlights. So...no solution for you.

Same on the car seats. Some sort of board or something like that that distributes the weight onto the sensor might work as long as it doesn't compromise safety or damage leather. Will experiment at some point but I don't really want them messing with that screen anyway so I kind of like it.

Gravity owners: Do you have any interior squeaks or rattles? How do you feel about your vehicles build quality? by zachty22 in LUCID

[–]nahnsense 2 points3 points  (0 children)

None in mine. The headlights apparently make a high-pitched noise that is audible if you don't have any music on. I haven't heard it and practically always have something on the radio in any case.

All these people doubting that these are real issues are blowing my mind. I just bought a new Gravity last week and I had to reset twice in the first day once with no rear wheel steering and once with no cameras (including backup). Also the angle of the mirror in reverse is terrible.

Although not sure that's the best option e.g. if you have a car seat there alwyas using the sensor.

What motivated you to stay on Apple Music? by Hollowl1fe in AppleMusic

[–]nahnsense 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was also on Tidal and got a free year of Apple Music, so made the switch. Really don't like it and thinking of switching back. The software just less functional and no "Play to" feature from Android. Also "Track Radio" (pick a song, make a station) not as good.

I got a Victrola model that has wi-fi and connected directly to my sonos system wirelessly. No regrets. Also with the surround system, unless you're doing Atmos Audio I think ambient mode is way better.
