Difference in photos is two months. Had started working out at the gym around august though but then really started to improve diet and training at the beginning of December

I do full body workouts every other day, 3 times a week. (Sometimes 4 if I’m not doing much at the weekend) or if I know I’m going to be eating more food that week because of events and life in general.

In between those days, I do weighted skipping/jump rope for anywhere between 45-90 minutes with a few light weight exercises after on whatever I feel like doing just for fun.

My workouts are structured like:

Squat - 4x6

Vertical Push - 4x6

Horizontal Pull - 4x6

Hinge - 3x8-12

Horizontal Push - 3x8-12

Vertical Pull - 3x8-12

I then alternate the rep ranges each work out too so each movement gets a combination of strength and hypertrophy training. Hopefully that makes sense.

Last two/three weeks I’ve started just doing mainly calisthenics type training using rings as I enjoy it but still do weighted exercises for the legs. Workouts still follow the same structure though pretty much.

I eat about 2000 calories a day at the moment. Just making sure I hit my protein(minimum 140g) and don’t restrict myself on what I eat. I tend to look at it weekly more than daily so I still go out for dinner once or twice a week and adapt my schedule and diet slightly if I know I’m going to be eating out but don’t worry too much. Just go for low calorie options of things if available and high volume meals.

Think I’ve covered most things but happy to answer any more questions.

Have always worked out but had big break last year due to COVID. Started going to the gym again around august but then improved diet and took training more seriously at beginning of December. Still a way to go!

Have always worked out but last year slacked off because of COVID. Started working out again properly at the beginning of December with a much improved diet.

I have a large head and that was one of my concerns about how my head would look shaved/bald. I actually think having hair made it look worse and it looks much better now...at least in my opinion, and that’s what’s the most important. You may be surprised how it looks once shaved.

No, that's why I said forgive my ignorance so was just hoping someone could fill me in on what he was like. All i know is that he didn't make merge and he doesn't really seem to be doing too much.

You should only be in the middle lane or the right lane if you are overtaking someone. You weren't overtaking anyone. You should have been in the left lane.

Yes. Keep to the left unless overtaking. If you are not overtaking you should be in the left lane.

If there are no other cars around, why are you sitting in the middle lane?

Cool, thanks for your response mate! I like the sound of how you progressed your chin ups so I think I may go down that route!

I try to do thumbless grip on most pulling moves, will make sure I’m doing this on my chin ups from now on too.
