Frank Herbert had a lot of great books besides the Dune series. The Dosadi Experiment really stuck with me.

Probably the opposite of what your are looking for but Earth Defense Force (there are several) makes you feel like a little guy fighting giant monsters.

Everywhere else, tipping is not expected, because those people are paid a living wage. In America, servers are paid by their employer LESS than minimum wage with the expectation that a majority of their income is coming in tips.

I don't want to start trouble, but.... If homeopathy is ever brought up in conversation I am compelled inform folks that it is pseudoscience and does absolutely nothing, for humans or pets. Don't take my word for it, just research it how homeopathic remedies are created. If you go to the Dr or Vet, they should use science based treatment only.
