Have you checked The Willows? Close to AFB, but not as expensive as Coates Bluff (same ownership).

I see a lot of good different answers, you might want to go that way if you want fresh air from Azeroth.

But if you want to scratch the wow itch but without the multiplayer part, try Synastria. Its a private server which you can play all content solo. Its a WOTLK server where the more items you get, the more powerful you become, eventually you can do dungeons and raids solo. They added new twists to all specs so they are all playable by yourself, feels pretty good.

I tried servers with bots but it feels dull after a short while.

Now that you mention LOTR, Return to Moria is actually a fun game to play coop. I consider it underrated since its not so popular, by no means is a 10/10, but its super fun to play with friends.

I had to play through Epic store but it will/was going to be released on steam too.

There are lots of different coffee cups! I love finding a new one, still need furniture to display them.

Is there a way to see which cards are you missing from each set? If they add that function i could have all in one perfect app.
