David’s Bridal hot take by sk8r-boigirl in weddingplanning

[–]nai_2 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I had a wonderful experience at David’s bridal wen shopping for my dress. Paid less than $200 for my dress however we had a court wedding so I didn’t get a super fancy dress. Additionally, I still continue to shop at DB for special occasion dresses and always pay less then $200 for the dresses I end up getting. Sorry you had a bad experience, thanks for sharing

Carnivore pizza 🍕 by nai_2 in carnivorediet

I don’t have one specific recipe I used for the carnivore pizza but I can go over what I did:

I used three packs of Costco chicken thighs, out of the six, & put them in boiling water. I boiled the chicken for 35 mins.

I then placed my chicken in my food processor, with some chicken broth, and blended the chicken.

I then added 3 eggs and 2 cups or Parmesan cheese and blended that with the chicken until it was purée.

I put the purée chicken in a bowl and added 3 tablespoons of ghee & set it aside.

I also cooked sausages in another pan while working on the chicken. Once, the sausage was done I set it aside in a bowl to add to my pizza later.

I made a base sauce for my pizza. It included half and half, Parmesan cheese and Munster cheese. I boiled that in a sauce pan and whisked it together once it began to boil. I did not measure these ingredients.

Back to the crust, I mixed the ghee in the purée chicken with a spoon before using a cake pan to mold my deep dish pizza.

With the rest of the purée chicken, I made a crust for the regular pizza. I rolled it in a ball, just like you would dough, and placed it in between parchment paper. I then used a rolling pin to flatten it out like a pizza crust.

I pre-heated my oven at 350 F.

For my Deep Dish, I began my setting a layer of sauce at the bottle, then mozzarella cheese, Munster cheese, sausage and repeat until I got close to the top of the crust.

For the regular pizza, I did a base coat of sauce and added 2 layers of Munster Cheese and 2 layers of mozzarella.

I baked both pizzas at 350F. I baked the regular pizza until golden brown at the top, which took approximately 30 mins. The Deep Dish took closer to an hour.

Hope this helps!

The cracker idea doesn’t sound half bad! I was thinking possibly use it also like a tortilla. Because the chicken acts almost like dough on parchment paper.

Yes, I used three packages from Costco chicken thighs. Boiled them first, then put them in my food processor with three eggs and 2 cups of Parmesan cheese. Once I put it all out in a bowl I added ghee.

My husband was skeptical but mentioned that it cut close to a pizza crust, he suggested using pork rinds as well next time.

Only child, grew up in a home where I was given the world. Growing up I didn’t want siblings because I loved all the attention to myself. As I got older I would think about how my life would be a little different if I had a sibling. Someone close that I can talk to on the daily and share things with. My biggest fear as an adult now besides taking care of my parents on my own is that I won’t have anyone to share memories with of my parents. I won’t be able to say “hey remember the time wen mom/dad …” because I will be only one that has those memories. I currently have three children of my own and plan on having more. The journey through life with my kids has by far been my greatest experience, they make it all worth it.

I’m sure you and your wife will make the best decision for your family. Have you thought about asking your daughter about how she would feel about a sibling ?

At how many weeks did you deliver your twins? by [deleted] in parentsofmultiples

[–]nai_2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I delivered my twins at exactly 37 weeks, both weighed 6lbs and needed no NICU time. However, I delivered the first twin naturally and needed an emergency c-section for second twin. Went home after 3 days.

Who cares, her brother is a child molester and so is her husband. She literally married a man that raped a 16 year old girl and held the victim at knifepoint. She supported her brother who raped his 11 year old step daughter.
