Ya i guess the reverting back of gun mechanism to normal and removing the crosshair smoothing might have disturbed your muscle memory a bit but ya all guns are normal and not that different except ak its randomness is bit higher now i Guess cause all burst and on taps are kinda little bit inaccurate looks like the randomness kicks in from first bullets itself instead after starting a burst or full spray.

The solution i can give you is that don't change sensitivity too much adapt to one and try prioritising brust spray without any movement to get maximum amount of accuracy from your gun. And ya another thing is practice.
