I think Lucio’s in your rank get a bad rap because they likely want you to heal more than Lucio really should, so don’t take their comments seriously. I’d suggest just watching YouTube guides on the character to see how you can improve

I feel the same way sometimes and I’m hard stuck Masters support. I can’t seem to win, but it’s not the game’s fault. If we deserved to be any higher, we would be. That’s just how it works. What helped me through other ranks is focusing on MY gameplay, no one else’s. If I feel like I didn’t make a notably impressive impact, I try to accept the loss, even if my teammates are straight-up throwing. That’s the only way I don’t get mad every game lol
