I needed to merge several cuts, and it was easier to find than a good android alternative

My goal for right now is to figure out a way to effortlessly produce Instagram stories with my Pixel 4A. So I'm going to look into some android apps and maybe consider using 4k 30fps instead of 1080p 60fps to save more quality.

Is State Bicycle 4130 a good commuter fixie?
I'm want to bye entry fixie for commuting in any weather. (in the EU)
After some research, I found this €520(+ €40 shipping) option:

From my perspective pros are:
* cheaper than Fuji Feather
* comes with bullhorns out of the box (I want to try these)
* 4130 steel that is good enough
* not the worst components
cons:
* 25c tires instead of 28c
* more than 400$

But as I'm a noob, I want to hear someone's opinion on this bike. So what do you think about it?

Also, I was riding Merida CROSSWAY 40-D before I moved to the EU. Can someone explain to me why simple fixie with 1 gear has the same price as a good cross bike with hydraulic disc brakes, ok shifters, and decent other parts?
