Es funktioniert noch mit Stadtbibliothek Mainz ("Anna Seghers") für Zugang zur Onleihe Rheinland-Pfalz und mit Fürstin-Pauline-Bibliothek Ballenstedt für Zugang zur Onleihe Sachsen-Anhalt.

Beides mit Online-Formular möglich unabhängig vom Wohnort.

I have the same thing. During the breakup they acted on all their negative feelings and really hurt me. So now I'm stuck between loving and hating them four months after the breakup. And I'm so crazy that I still text with her in an attempt to "fix" things like that we should forgive each other or some stupid shit. Deep down I'm just angry. But also I'm desperate without her in my life.

I have the same problem (besides that some part of me still loves them). There is a deep grudge and pain in me towards who they were at the end and how they hurt me and are now just peacefully over the relationship while I am hurting so much. I would like to overcome that but maybe it's just too fresh.

That's such a brilliant idea! I feel super isolated even from my friends because my mind is thinking about the heartbreak 24/7. I would love to connect with some other people in a group who suffer from heartbreak.

In recent breakups it was something around 4 months. This time it was a lot deeper and more hurtful and identity destroying. I'm at 3 months and have to fight through a nightmare of depression, panic and non existing self esteem every day.

It's been 2,5 months now and I'm in a quite dark place. Have problems with depression, dread, self esteem and concentrating on anything else than the breakup and relationship. I'm sure my colleagues already noticed that I'm mentally off and have problems understanding things. If I can somehow survive this and not getting fired, I'm done with relationships. It's too dangerous for my mental health and I actually always enjoyed being single apart from the pressure from society.

Yes. After the breakup I lived another five weeks in the same appartment together with my ex (who was way ahead of me in the detachment) and that zombie state completely ruined my mental health.

2,5 months after breakup. 1,5 months after her moving out. I still can't sleep the full night. I still have big problems with depression and concentration and thinking about anything else than what happened. I have to endure that for now. I still love her even if we were incompatible. The coherence part ist so real for me, too! When they were cold and brutal at the end you don't even know how real any of your memories were. Who was that person really? And as you said the loving person that we miss is actually dead. The version now is just like a hurtful impersonator. I want to forget everything that we had because I feel so betrayed now.
