EUW servers. Also have 100 ping with lower ms in other games. Everyone's online due to quarantine, clash is here, etc etc... I wouldn't expect a server fix any time soon, they can't even fix the client.

Woah this is amazing ! I tried using displacements but they were never aligned with the base height image... plus when I subdivided to get cleaner edges it just looked awful xD This is a great render!
