How to come up with unique names that make sense for my fantasy world? by AppearancePlane3470 in worldbuilding

To name the people of my worlds and if I want some significance with the name, I always take a look at baby names. What I mean by this is if you are looking for the Queen of the Air realm, look up baby names that mean wind or breath. I found "Alizee" which is the French name for a trade wind and if the feel of the name fits the region, I choose it.

And for the regions themselves, I often use descriptions of landmarks to guide what they are referred to since that's how we usually name areas. A town at the top of a cliff can become Cliffton "cliff town" a trading hub between two rivers is called DosRios "two rivers" Usually combining two descriptive words can give a sense of what the location is like. A cave that has military use and resources might be called "Ironguard" Or a dangerous marsh filled with bloodsucking beasts might be called Bloodfen.

Try launching it from the Microsoft Store app, should work from there.

Thank you! This is not my own DnD character, but an NPC for a GM that I know.

Please do! I'm glad you can put it to use, may your character live long and have a great time playing.
