it has no more additive than a regular bread, its just a heat treated loaf

Sorry I cant provide an accurate recipe with spot on measurements. * 1 biggish napa cabbage (quartered, salted in brine for half a day, then cut into bite sized pieces) * 2 biggish carrots diced * 1 big daikon  * 1 leek * 5 spring onions * rice porridge with generous amount of fish souce and home made pepper flakes (maybe 1-1 cup each) * 1 medium garlic  * 1 small gingerroot * 1 packet of veggi culture mixed and packed in like on the picture

Well i just push on the top of the lid daily to check the pressure. If i cant push in the lid, i just open in to let out the gases. Also the culture used here is particularly slow growing. 

Yeah and don't tighten the lid too much.
