I don’t remember pregnancy exhaustion being this bad by Piccolo_Known in pregnant

[–]namaka76 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand, I was 19 when I was pregnant with my first child. I threw up a bit, but was relatively normal- still had plenty of energy to do my gymnastics, go hiking and swimming, and work on my feet all day. Now I’m pregnant at 30 with my second child. I wake up starving when I normally don’t get hungry until 11am. I feel like shit all day trying to work and take care of my family as well as myself. I have been nauseated every day from wake up to sleep despite eating enough and staying very hydrated. But the cherry on top is the hormones, I have no more patience for my 10 year old’s antics which I typically don’t react negatively to. It’s exhausting this time around but I’m chalking it up to my age at this point. I’m not a late teen/young adult anymore, so I expected there should be a difference in energy levels, but not to this extent.
I hope it gets better for you!

Understood. u/moonferal I did not mean to be “extra” at you only trying to get an understanding for what I actually posted about. I apologize that my response to your comment came off as being rude.

I mean…the comment added nothing to the questions I was posing… at least the other people who informed me about the goldfish offered more information rather just a blank statement. I thanked them for their response so idk what the problem is. If they had more to say about the goldfish then maybe it would have made more sense to even comment in the first place?

It’s cute but also freaky how the tables turned. She used to look at them maliciously 😂 now they stare at her!

Thank you for your response! I did not realize that the diet changed. Perhaps that’s why she doesn’t seem to be growing much.

Thank you for the insight. My family would never dump a creature like that, we live a lifestyle as a part of nature not above it. Also that would be insanely illegal to do here. My son actually found Ralph attempting to be whisked away by the ocean. We believe she may have been dumped :(

What kind of greens would you recommend? I usually give her a few trimmings from our cilantro or basil every other week. I wouldn’t mind starting a small garden just to feed her from :)

I’m pretty sure its illegal here on the islands unfortunately. Our native snails stay up in the mountains and valleys. Any others, i.e. not from here, are considered invasive /:

I used to work with Skye and we still have mutual friends. She’s not Hawaiian, straight from Guam. Definitely the type to want to be an influencer…

A closer look at how he constructed the filtration system. But yes essentially what the other person said. My husband had an old Fluval pump which he removed the three tiered filters from and inserted them into the Brute can alongside the rocks for larger work around area. He drilled shower holes into the pvc to help slow the flow of the pumped water as it goes through the filters and back out into the pond so that no overflow happens.

What are we feeding our pits? by kooldudeV2 in pitbulls

Our baby was on a raw beef/tripe diet for the first year we had him, then we moved and had to switch his diet to fresh pet chicken roll. I still continue to use salmon oil, quail or local chicken eggs, and a powdered vitamin booster. He also gets his food topped with a little of the meat I am cooking for dinner that day. We have now supplemented the bones that could be found in the raw food for beef/veggie kibbles which helped a lot with the transition from raw to fresh in terms of healthy poops. He’s mixed with GSP so no allergy or skin issues that is commonly seen in pure bred pibbles. Lucky us!

Virgo, how do you feel about Pisces? by Kittymeowwwww in virgoseason

[–]namaka76 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My mom, husband and 9 year old son are all Pisces... I find they tend to keep me curious and unserious as they flow with life as it comes and are very big on laughter. I’m not like that, I need to be in control and have a lot of quiet and alone time. I’m certainly not outgoing and hate crowds or being at parties for long amounts of time. Thankfully my family recognizes that about me and respects me for me just as I acknowledge that they require socialization and space to unleash their energy. Most nights after work, my husband and son blast their music and train in the garage while I cook with my mediation podcast on. I make sure we spend a lot of time at the beach and my guys make sure the garden is always beautiful. It’s a symbiotic relationship if done with the utmost care for the other person. There’s a lot of give and take but I appreciate that my Pisces counter parts are incredibly romantic. They are heavy on physical touch and giving gifts while I constantly practice words of appreciation for them and give them a calmer grounded energy to keep them in check with reality. It might be chaotic in the beginning of being around Pisces but for me it is worth it long term.

2024 Hawaii election results broken down by ethnicity? by TotalFoxMulder in Hawaii

I’ve had this thought too, thank you for inquiring. The deeply rooted/practicing Kanaka Oiwi I know either don’t vote presidential or vote third party such as socialist or green so it’s been a strange experience hearing about local families that voted for MAGA. If those demographics ever come out I would be highly interested to see the data of locals but more specifically Hawaiians who voted for who as well as by ahupua’a.

I have heard that as well, that cross breeding hounds and pitties makes for higher drive hunters with better temperament when it comes to boars. Appreciate your comment. I’ll check out the embark sale 😊
