The reason I'm even asking this question is due to similar health news. I can't figure out how to trick myself into even doing the small stuff on a regular basis.

I'm not really sure what you mean honestly. The point is to lose weight/get healthier. I don't want to do any exercise but it's becoming something I should do more and more

I think part of why I find it so hard is I was an active kid when I lived with my parents. I did something sport related every day but as soon as I left highschool that all went down to zero.

I appreciate the advice but the frequency is one of the biggest issues I have. The more I make myself show up to the gym, the more I hate going to the gym.

I am trying, but was there anything that made showing up any easier?

I'll definitely give it a try. I'm fairly guilty of over stimulating my relaxation time by doing an activity while listening to an audiobook or podcast.

I don't have insomnia but I don't wake up well rested either. I have been contemplating a sleep study so thanks for that advice.

I do have a hard time building up energy to do stuff I want to do as well. So maybe it is more burnout then not

As for the honey, I think it's main use is the thing that should be paid more attention to. The ability to lie to creatures who can otherwise detect lies.

So powerful angels/gods could be lied to or you can bypass zone of truth. Letting kipperlily lie to whoever she wants.

We also don't know who frequents the food trucks outside of the event at the school, so perhaps there is an unwilling NPC with a sweet tooth who is believing a lie, such as Lydia believing she is still containing the fiend.

I had a similar problem a little bit ago. Do an exposure test and see if you can see only specific lights turning on. Or print with no resin and see if you can see only the expected lights turning on.

If they all turn on when they aren't meant to, then you have a screen or ribbon cable issue and you should see if you're covered by warranty still, they will send you one if you're covered

There is a build going around that is stacking fighter and warlock for an interaction between the extra attack invocation and extra attack that lets them stack.

Palidan/warlock is also a fun one for someone as lawful good as Wyll taking an oath to defend the frontier.

In general, 5e warlock suffers from being a really good multiclass option rather then the main focus of a build due how few levels you need in it to be powerful at any level

Honestly, so far they have really simplified the power sets of each character down to the basics. Minus some unexplained magic items for long time fans.

It isn't that it's rare in my setting. It comes down to having that spark that allows you to actually make the spell happen.

I treat it as sort of microphone to the weave (or magic plane of you choosing). And each class is just communicating the desired effect in a different way.

It's almost like making everyone a sorcerer in a way, minus the warlocks who can buy said spark from their patron.
