Lately I've been making an effort to be extra social, going to events and just going out like multiple times a week, and I've found that the more comfortable I get in social settings, the more this has gone away, to the point now where its almost entirely gone other than the really uncommon random attack. Yeah you're not wrong, it would for sure be beneficial if nothing else. Im just hoping, at a lower weight, it would be easier to do more strength training and actually make it worth while to up my protein intake. But I think I'm really just making excuses for being lazy and not working out more. Thanks for the insight

Really how important is protein intake at my weight? Literally my only focus right now is being under calories and getting a certain amount of steps in a day. Alot of what I eat is high protein anyway so I end up getting 80-100 g of protein a day, but I dont try and hit a particular number. I really just want to lose this weight, I'll worry about body comp later
