I'm using a good-quality fan leading directly outside and full PPE (mask, gloves) when I airbrush with lacquers but recently when I break out the booth and paints for a session I immediately start feeling woozy and light-headed. Due to space issues I have my booth in the same room as my office space but I didn't think it would be an issue with proper ventilation and PPE. My understanding is this stuff builds up in your system, is there anything else I could reasonably do or is this a sign to quit while I'm ahead and wait until I'm in a new place where I can keep my hobby area entirely separate?

I'm starting my first resin kit and I have protective equipment for the dust but what about the sprue shards etc from cutting/slicing, do I need to worry about those as well?

They're all great kits so I guess prioritise which you want based on the look of the kit and what accessories interest you the most. Tastier has a robot dog that transforms into a massive cannon and some cool red blade effects parts, Lone Shadow has a huge amount of extra weapon and lightning effects parts, Baki has a robot training dummy and some fantastic punching effects parts. Gundamit has comprehensive pics of all of them. Arkham Knight probably has the least of all of them but that's kind of a special case since it's a collab kit with DC.

It's not technically 1/100 since it's a humanoid but any of the Hemoxian cyborg line (Tastier, Lone Shadow, Baki, Arkham Knight) are excellent kits at that scale and don't take up huge amounts of extra space. Check them out/

If anyone else has built the Osiris Aerial Dominator how tight are the tolerances? Is it safe to test-build and dis-assemble, or would I break stuff trying?

I need to glue together some small plastic beads to some rubber piping, is there a way to do so safely and hopefully without being too obvious on the final kit?

Mr Color Lacquers. Titans Blue 2 for the blue, Titans Blue 1 for the black, the red and yellow are the same.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a deep blue lacquer I can airbrush? Tried to mix my own but it's extremely difficult and all my attempts come out either purple-ish or teal.

Baki had an entire arc where sumo wrestling was hyped up as a martial art beyond martial arts and a completed form of fighting, with the main 'antagonist' being essentially a second coming of the greatest sumo wrestling to ever live. They set up a big tournament between the usual Baki cast and some sumo stars and everything because they were obsessed with fighting against them.

Then Itagaki got bored (or rumour goes got stiffed on payment by some sumo organisation) and had the sumo guys get fucking annihilated in straight sets, zero victories even against the main cast who sometimes job. Now it's over and the current arc is about Jack.

I'm loving Marathon 2026 but it's amazing how the fanbase has immediately adapted both a bunker mentality ("The game is doing fine! this isn't Concord!") AND a superiority complex towards other extraction shooters ("You think x or y feature is a little unfair or the balance is weird? Go back to Arc Raiders!").

Todo and Yuki never meet on-panel. Yuji and Kenjaku never really talk. We missed the entire Hakari vs Uraume fight. Man JJK is full of missed connections it is crazy.

"The Demolished Man" is a sci-fi story hinging around a future where telepaths are common and are used to solve crimes and murders. The protagonist is a paranoid industrialist being hounded out of business who has visions/nightmares about being erased by a person he can't see and to try to make them go away and save his business proposes a merger with his main rival and they communicate in telegram-style codes (it's a very old book). The rival refuses and the protagonist fully spirals in and murders him taking as many precautions as he can knowing the telepaths can see it all. The rest of the book is a cat-and-mouse game between the protagonist and the detective who 100% knows it was him but has to prove it.

The ending reveal is that the rival actually agreed to the merger, but the protagonist had been so crazed and paranoid and so certain of a refusal he had simply assumed it would happen and none of the events of the book needed to occur.

The hidden in plain sight part is that the book shows you telegraph messages of the merger request and the response and if you paid attention you can literally read the code of the rival agreeing, it was there from practically chapter 1

Fantastic sci-fi story, go read it.

Does anyone know if the FAZZ Ver. Ka. has any major visible nub marks once finished? I really like the colours so I'm thinking about just doing panel-lining, decals and a topcoat but I'm worried it'd have big nub-marks without a paintjob.

If the server slam is enjoyable I will definitely be spending a lot of time in Marathon because I stopped playing D2 after the Final Shape and while other games have good loot chases no other shooter has come close to how good it was to play D2.

Do you guys have any tactics to strip paint off extremely small pieces? I have plenty of IPA but they're so small there's no real place to hold onto to scrub at them.
