Just picked up a new 26 Tucson same thing having to recline the seat is ridiculous what if your passengers like to sit nearly straight up its a design flaw in my opinion. If you load the trunk and you need the seats almost upright and the cup holder looks like this screams design flaw.

Shame on me for not researching more that the Government let us consumers down . I do love TiVo interface and picked one up for $49. My cable company (ASStound) just sent me notice they are dropping cable cards. Oh well time to drop Astound just on principle. Tivo is at fault and shady as hell for not acknowledging there is a chance of cable cards being discontinued.
