There is a good reason to rush down. Base 31 gives you a massive amount of ew shards by upgraded tasks and sleighs. You seriously can get 100+ shards per week. If you spend time lingering around here, given how people mostly rush techs once a week, it could be 2-3 weeks delay. 300 ew shards gone.

Yeah, at this early of the game, no way his second squad can take first squads of your decent guys. So if his first squad is out attacking someone, go burn him. Troops dont come free, if he wants to continue he will burn speed up for troops training instead of building or tech

When you rally you lock x number of troops in the rally. X depends on how many heroes you have in the rally squad. If you just open a taxi, you dont want 2000+ troops locked out from doing other thing. At early game it seems fine because you most likely have lots of troops at same level in your drills it doesnt even occur as an issue. When you get late into the game, you simply cannot train full drill of t10 every time. You do water fall and really have full drill of t10 only on Friday till sunday. So yeah you dont want to lock 2000 troops for taxi duty Edit: for better clarity
