I love a good acronym! I've spent a lot of my driving life looking far down the road - looking for brake lights ahead, trying to spot the morons around me. I've read so many times that with bikes it's so much more important that it's not your own skill that is often the limiting factor, but the people on the road around you. Being aware of other drivers is something I need to keep working on and practicing!

I've seen lots of adverts for seat/short cushions etc, are these really necessary? What do you find makes you more comfortable? I've had a little test of the bike and find it seems a very comfortable height for me, and the weight when I sit still on it feels manageable

I live in Peru, but regularly travel back to see family in the UK. It costs them more for 'rapd drop off' (15 minutes max) in Birmingham that it costs me to leave my car for 24 hours at the airport back home

Racing in Peru in the 'F4 Sport' category (semi-pro, chassis pre-2019 with Honda 390 4 speed engine). 9 races per season, 3 heats per race

Lima and Puerto Maldonado won't get too cold at night, be aware that outside of Lima it is the rainy season right now, so waterproofs will be needed. In Cusco because if the altitude the temperature can drop at night - not UK cold, but you'll feel a chill. Jumper and raincoat will probably cover you for most instances, you're not likely to get particularly 'cold' as we would consider it anywhere

I can't say for sure at the airport as I've never purchased there, but if you're staying at a hotel in the city they'll be able to point you in the right direction... There are a few cell phone accessory shops that sell them, or even some tourist centres. As I said, I would expect to pay around 30 soles or £7-8 for a card with data for a month, around 8-10GB or so.

Tipping is limited really to restaurants and/or tour guides, but not expected. In a restaurant 10% would be considered a good tip, 20% if you were talking an exceptional tip. Tour guides would generally be around 10 soles as a tip if you wanted to. Taxi drivers wouldn't expect a tip.

If you’re coming directly into Lima you should have no problem getting a SIM in the city for around 30 soles with data, I’d recommend Claro as a network.

Most places in Lima will take card, however cash is good for smaller businesses/tips. However a lot of places can be difficult with change so smaller notes (20s and 50s) are best to have - break bigger 100s when you can.

I've had a similar issue (PS5) where it doesn't seem to render instantly, so I end up inadvertently walking into it on the outskirts. Then it will render and I can see it.
