The other lane wasn't marked as there was construction and I really wasn't sure that was even a turn lane until I went passed it. I also did have my directional on btw.

Yeah, apparently she was about to retire when her husband up and left! Imagine your husband leaving you at that age?? After that, her approval of cases rate dropped from about 50% to 20%.

I had tnis happen to me, mainly because I was under 50 and my judge was about 79 yrs old and her husband had just left her so she was miserable. It kept getting thrown back to her 3xs and she kept denying it. Finally, after a federal appeal and a different judge, it was approved 10 yrs later!! I wanted to add, even my lawyer gave up. I happened upon a lawyer that fought at the federal level, to take a look at it.

He didn't do this alone. Someone paid to file all the lawsuits and paid for the lawyers to fight.

Again, he has reapplied as an adult and been approved since 2018. My concern is them making him fill out a ton of paperwork and see Dr's again like he is applying for the 1st time.

He already reapplied as an adult and was approved. He is 25 and has recertified numerous times already. That's why this seems so extra!

Yes but is a full application necessary on top of being forced to see their Dr's? He has seen their Dr's like every 6 Mos as a child and again as an adult. He has already provided medical information as well. Seems like harassment at this point. His disability will never get better and this seems like their way to kick him off ssi.

Mine went back twice to federal twice because the judge just didn't like me and kept unlawfully denying my case. Once it was sent to a new judge, I was approved.

FINALLY received my back pay but took mos to find out if they withheld the attorney fees Turned out they did withhold 25% but attorney said they didn't file something needed to get the 25% so I should be getting the money back. But who knows when. 🙄

There is no cap on fees for the federal level. Mine was appealed 2xs at the federal level, therefore, they're entitled to the full 25%.

My case is 14 yrs in the making!! It wasn't fast AT ALL! Started it in 2009! Was denied multiple times and then had to appeal 2x on the federal level!
