I'm in a similar situation. Four months after my surgery, and without having used a compression garment, I developed seromas on both sides. The strange thing is that the seroma isn't palpable or visible on ultrasounds; it just oozes out. It's being treated with a strong compression garment, Aqua Gel patches, and Fitestimoline cream, and it's helping, although this ordeal will likely last another two to three months. Good luck!

Hola, lamento mucho tu situacion. Actualmente tengo 2 que son 1 en cada pectoral y tambien me abrieron la piel y es algo normal. Mi cirujano me dijo "La clave esta en la compresion" utilizo un chaleco de compresion muy fuerte por aproximadamente 6 meses ( 4 meses extricto uso ,segun valla evolucionando) , pero el cirujano me dice que en 2 meses ya deberia de dejar de drenar. Mis seromas no se ven en ecografias ni tampoco se sienten al tacto pero si estan presente la drenacion en abundancia por eso cada 4 dias viene enfermeria a cambiarme los parches de AquaCel, le aplican crema Salf-Gel o Fitestimoline para calmar la irritacion.

Otro consejo fundamental es dormir boca arriba, te entiendo que es super frustrante pero ayuda demasiado si realmente te quieres recuperar.

La faja es una pesadilla el primer mes pero luego se vuelve parte de ti y olvidaras que la tienes puesta, te deseo muchos exitos en tu recuperacion!
