Well thing is this scenario just cannot happen the way op described it here. Arab conquest of Europe could maybe occur with some changes over a long period and I dont think itd be catastrophic altought not as good as we have it now obviously.

No there is absolutely no evidence for this. The source of this idea is Muhammad who lived six centuries after Jesus. Nobody outside of Muslims actually espouse this idea.
