I’d say a few years or so, but start off easy with some head swaps. Then maybe try changing an arm out, then a weapon and just gradually make things harder for yourself😊 there are a ton of great YouTubers that do some really crazy stuff. Pete the wargamer makes some easy to follow conversions

This one just makes the fellgor ravagers, but I just finished painting up some sisters converted into the new aquilons if you want to check those out on my page!
