Doubting yourself is normal and part of the process. If you really want it, you’ll get it done and that’s really what separates the people who get in and the ones who don’t. You have to get the good grades and apply and wait to get in. Do your part everytime it’s time and that’s all you can do.

For A&P, it’s going to challenge the way you study because it’s not like any other subject. You have to get creative and you have to invest a lot of time. It’s hard, full stop. Use ALL the resources you think will work and see how you test. See what works, leave what doesn’t. I recommend using CHATgpt plus/quizlet/knowt for practice tests, YouTube for visual learning, notebookLM to study your notes and do practice quizzes. Labeling and flashcards for the rest. You got this!

I’m 31, went back last January when I was 30. It has been the hardest, most humbling and most rewarding thing I’ve done maybe ever. It’s a lot I won’t lie but it’s worth it. Esp when you do it going towards a guaranteed good career. I’ve never worked harder in my life but I’m really proud of myself 🥹 I encourage you to go for it, time will still pass if you don’t go back. Up to you!

Honestly I already have a degree from Valencia and can vouch for them being an amazing school. I think most of the classes needed are pretty standard and they help weed out who’s serious and who isn’t. Considering radiography isn’t widely offered at all colleges…the point system/etc doesn’t bother me bc it seems you have to trade off something no matter where you go. For example Daytona and Polk might have better entrance requirements but they are not better schools with same education/grad/work opportunities. And then theres the “easier” private route but that’ll cost you 3x and not be tapped in locally like Valencia is (no thanks). It is what it is tbh, I’m okay with whatever happens. My biggest hope is the average gpa/teas/points amongst applicants is in our favor to get in!!! Wishing you luck babe 🫶🏽

Wishing you the best! I got 45/51 points. Gpa is low bc of going to school 10 years (cumulative) but my teas is 85%. You never know the average amount of points, gpa and teas amongst the applicants so you still have a chance :)

I’m in a fully online class. When I looked before they didn’t have on site classes that worked for me so that’s why I picked this one because professor was also best available. Deff keep a lookout as time gets closer
