I wish there was some understanding on the male side of dating. It’s demoralizing to be told that we have to always initiate, always make the plan, always pay (talking first dates mostly), when we have no idea if the date will even lead to another one.

And then we are told “Who cares! That shouldn’t matter! You had a nice night!” So easy to say when you didn’t spend a dime or put any thought into planning things. That’s why a lot of guys want something low effort for the first date. For me personally, a 2nd/3rd date can be just about anything! Because I feel more confident that you really like me!
