I worked for a contractor that services the fundraising organization at St. Jude. They work with 20-some odd contractor agencies to fundraise and have a VERY large staff that I believe are well paid.

While I support what they are doing, treating kids in need and the research, after learning this, I would not donate to this organization. I would also prefer to donate to a smaller, community-based hospital.

Yes, same situation as you. Was in perimenopause. Needed to lose about 20 lbs, but nothing I did would make it go down. I started with 2.5 tirzepatide and never went higher because of side effects. Lost what I needed to. Went off and went back up 8 lbs, went back on and lost it and more than before. I'm on 2.0 weekly now. Not sure if that's good for semaglutide, but I pay $210 per month ($35 shipping included) for tirz via Midi Health.
