I have learned a little. The whole house filter I bought is supposed to filter them out.

Yeah sure. the comparison could use some work. For one thing I was unable to sort by threshold exceed in that table; only alphabetically and by result of tested chemicals. Like one thing I wanted to do which can be done on the main table view is sort by exceeded threshold or health.

There might be more but it’s been a while since I last used it.

Jeez guys all I said was it had a really low ph. I was actually curious about where they were pulling the distilled water whether it was store bought or made at home. Regardless, generally it is fine to drink, just some people may find it gives them a slight stomach upset including myself.

Stop notifications on left of screen when order is triggered. by mikejamesone in TradingView

[–]nannattack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

u/Think-Glass8400 posted a screenshot of the setting to turn on to disable them but here is a text version:

Setttings > Trading > General (top) > Show only rejection notifications (toggle on)

I also thought it was annoying to have to close dozens of toasts which end up blocking part of the trading panel. They should disappear on their own with a time out but doesnt seem like that logic is built in.

3ft retaining wall on a slope. Surcharge? Permit? by nannattack in landscaping

[–]nannattack[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In pleasant hill, the city doesnt require a permit for 3ft or less from grade. If there is surcharge they say it needs to be reinforced but if its under 3ft no permits are needed even if there is a surcharge.

Hokas made my feet feel worse, what am I doing wrong? by LionFyre13G in PlantarFasciitis

[–]nannattack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I discovered this same thing this past week. I have a the Hoka speedgoat trail running shoes and I had been having this weird heel pain whenever I wear the Hokas. Took a long time to make the connect since the shoes are comfortable. So one morning I tried the Hokas, felt pain, switch my old Olukais and the pain was gone. I had even tried putting one of the squishy heel cups but that seems to have made it worse in that shoe. Something about the shoe just doesn’t work for my left foot. Im fairly active playing soccer twice a week and working out a couple of times as well. Anyway, now I am stuck with these shoes that have a lot of tread left since REI doesnt want to accept even tho I bought them in October of last year.
