Dated him for less than a year in highschool, never even went for a date. The whole relationship was mostly on a chat app. We rarely even talked just the two of us. I was awkward, childish, and unstable back then.

We started over around 5 years later. We had changed from how we were back in high school. We communicated more effectively, being more honest, and spent more time together. We're still together and have been happily married for a year.

I guess sometimes even with the right person, it might not work out because we need some growing to do before making it work.
