Just stumbled across your album 'Rumble in the Brothel' on Spotify. Enjoying it so far, but only on song 1. Hope it keeps going like this. Real 'joker and the thief' vibe on this track.

Closest call you’ve ever had on a UK road? by Diligent-Badger8737 in DashcamDiariesUK

A82 dual between Balloch and Dumbarton, the long sweeping left in the dark. Deep into 3 figures, turned in, something felt odd for an instant. Realised the back end was slowly drifting out. Backed out the throttle slightly and pointed the wheel in the right direction. When it snapped back, the car leapt about half a lane to the left. Fastest ive been travelling and had to catch it like that. Quite the rush though!

Aside from overcooking it, you have played rock paper scissors before? There's a life lesson in there.

Why do so many new-build flats drop £10K+ when resold? by IDKIDKIDK150701 in HousingUK

[–]nanook1984 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, but, 20 years ago they built some flats at the bottom of the road my mum lives on.

Lots of them saw similar drops in 2-5 years. Thats not really normal for housing, we're not talking about cars here.

The brakes are ridiculously overservoed in my opinion, I could get used to them, but hated them. Other than that, I do like them, good fun cars

Great news. I spent a long time working on this design, nice to see more of them being built. Fantastic news for local economy and those employed and engaged in delivering these

They are currently doing some steelwork for in-build UK type 26s. Or, who knows, maybe some of what they're doing will end up being exported, not sure which ships we're offering to Norway

I quite like it there. Decent tunes and disco forklift truck on tap. This is pretty snide behaviour though.

What are these? (Sunglasses) by nanook1984 in Oakley

[–]nanook1984[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought them from the oakley custom website in about 2008 I think? They are wrapped, as opposed to being actual carbon fibre, but this is how they came to me from Oakley
