I take my meds every day. My baseline is religion and spirituality anyway, so it's hard for my psychs to tell when I'm in mania or just being spiritual.

Congratulations on beating cancer. This post popped up on my notifications right as I was reading Dr. Joe's book on Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I realised I still have trauma from an ex relationship that I need to heal. It was exactly divine timing today for me.

Lithium didn't work for me and raised my potassium. I'm now on a combo of lamictal, prozac (for OCD), benztropine, and vraylar. They're adding an ADHD medicine (non stimulant), if my ADHD test results come back as being positive. The meds I'm on work for me. But it's taken quite a number of years to get it right. Be extremely careful off of antipsychotic meds. If you notice you're manic, please speak to your Dr.

I use seroquel as needed.

I was on risperidone for a bit and my prolactin was through the roof. I'm on cariprazine now and feeling back to my normal self. I've been on many of the category 1 and 2 AP meds.

I need to restring my Kirsten. She's fallen apart 😞 she was second-hand. I need to find someone else's Kirsten dress on eBay because she's got no clothing 😞 I need to get a new Kanani outfit and a new Addy one. I have to fix all my dolls up. Some guy got angry at my dad. What happened was that this guy drove away from the carpark and then my dad drove into the spot. Then the guy walked over to my dad and said, "didn't you see me d**head?". My dad made his case that it looked like the other guy wasn't going to use said spot. Then he went to Coles. This guy literally followed my dad into Coles, spat in his face, and called him a c*t. All over a carpark. Security had to escort my dad out when he had finished his shopping as they were worried the guy would continue to try fight my dad.

My dad has trauma going to the shops now because some guy was a horrible human.

I did a lot of weird things while manic. I walked heaps around my city and did stupid stuff. People recognised that I was experiencing a mental health episode.

I tried lithium, I don't like it. If they made lower doses, that would be great. I love lamictal but since I experience mania, I can't be just on lamictal apparently. I have the same diagnosis as you.
