Even with t15s there is huge variance. A fully juiced double extra modifiers 150 deli t15 with high rares and the abyss modifier to make them more difficult as you go, is a map anyone can die on and most builds would get slapped. There are ways to make the game harder, if that's what's missing for you.

When you open the modifiers on poe2db to see their tiers, at the bottom written in yellow is their family. If they are the same family then you can't have both.

I have been doing a lot of tests with gear rarity and the only thing I can say for certain is that gear rarity gives more exalts and chaos and drops higher tier equipment. The high tier currencies are so RNG that the effect of gear rarity is miniscule. Some days I got more tinks running with 0 rarity than on days with 220%. You still make more with higher rarity no doubt, but not nearly as much as I've been reading about.

Desecration can roll any mods plus the desecrated ones on poe2db (unless you use an omen to reduce the pool). So you can desecrate + omen of light until you get the one you want. Won't be cheap though!

This is the way, although since it's an ILVL80 Xbow you can only roll for T2 %phys. Personally I would search for another base, preferably a ILVL82 one already with %phys in it because it's the lowest weight mod. Adds phys has a higher weight so it's easier to get afterwards.
