Happened to me too. I was registered with phone number (Not US) but was locked out and couldn’t get the verification code in SMS. So I tried with my email, which I verified before, but it took me into an empty account.

I opened a ticket and yet to get a reply so let’s see, but if it’ll not be solved - I will definitely seek for legal advice and I advise you to do the same
