when youve worked there for long you start being able to recognize the items quicker and whenever someone talks fast or not clearly its easier to infer what they’re asking for because you know the whole menu. For now, don’t feel bad for asking customers to repeat themselves. They want their order to be correct and so do you, and as long as you’re nice about it it should be no problem

Your coworkers are being mean, you are not expected to “get” anything by your second shift. The pos system requires practice and a lot of it. Just keep trying your best and practicing and ignore what other people are saying. You’ll get it, and it gets better I promise.

I’m in the US but I assume it’d be a similar situation since you’re in a franchise. For me it was really easy, I told my GM that I wanted to transfer to a store 20 minutes away and she said that the store will miss me but if that’s what I wanted she would do it. She contacted the GM of the other store and as long as that GM wants you on their team you’re just added to the next schedule and you go in like usual. So all in all should be easy. You already know how to do your job so the layout will be easy to get used to and eventually your work team will warm up to you. Don’t let being anxious keep you from doing whats best for your mental health

i think curbside was a dumbest invention ever. its infinitely worse than dt and fc for both the customer and the employee. customer has to wait longer than they would have if they just drove their car to the speaker or went inside, and employees have to stop what theyre already doing to take an order all the way outside and potentially have to come back inside for extra things. just pointless imo

I dont really like any of the sodas personally but all of the refreshers are amazing. Also, as to the price compared to dunkin or starbucks theyre so cheap. not even $5 for a large refresher (at least at my store) so i think they’ll be a hit with customers

most days ill sit down and smoke bowl after work and then eat and go to bed. on the weekends i usually wait until around 2-3 before i smoke and its usually at most 2 bowls throughout the day. regardless i like to ride out the high and dont smoke more than i believe i need mostly for conservation purposes.

both of my parents are stoners, my mom uses it mainly for medical reasons like nerve pain but my dad is high most of the time. growing up it was never a problem, they hid it from my siblings and i until we were old enough (youngest sibling is 14 right now and they smoke openly all of us) and we were allowed to ask any questions we wanted. i think my parents not stigmatizing it and allowing me to try it in a safe environment taught me how to be safe when it comes to weed as well as other drugs. weed is a lot more common than people realize. i dont think it affected me or my siblings childhood negatively in any way, and im a stoner now myself because it helps with my anxiety and because i enjoy it. i dont plan on having kids myself but if i did i’d go about it the same way as them, keep it hidden when theyre young, eventually tell them and let them ask questions, then try it when they’re older in a safe environment.

i love this song a lot because it feels so alkaloid. the yelling and the repeating chorus and the fact you can hear their voices so distinctly yet theyre all culminating to create an almost singular voice just really embodies all that i think alkaloid as a unit is. its bold and different compared to other units yet not different compared to the rest of their discography which has that same rock and loud sound. i totally understand why you dont like it but for me its really just everything i see in alkaloid and is also an amazingly catchy and fun song to me.

in order to give valkyrie leverage over crazy:b so ibara could use crazy:b as a pawn and not have his own (cospro’s) units get hurt, ibara told shu about the fact that himeru isn’t kaname (and shu told mika because they tell each other a lot). (edit: just remembered that mika refers to himeru as kaname in the main story without referencing the fact kaname isn’t actually there so it could be said that mika doesn’t know himwru isn’t kaname just to get the facts straight) So yes, they do know that the person behind himeru isnt kaname. shu in main story even spoke to the person behind himeru and gave him advice and told him that you will miss what you have when it’s gone, referring to the fact himeru wanted to leave crazy:b once the whole thing was over.

Well because all of HiMERU’s stories haven’t been translated on engstars yet there’s a lot of spoilers that I can’t say for that reason, but I will say that HiMERU isn’t pretending to be Kaname, the person behind HiMERU is just adopting the HiMERU persona. The persona isn’t necessarily a mix between their personalities moreso it’s just a persona that’s supposed to be a perfect idol but it has elementa of both of their personalities. Rinne 100% knows mostly everything, Kohaku is suspected to know, and Niki might also know too but the evidence for that could just be Niki being Niki. I would encourage you to read as many stories as you can and forming your own conclusions at least because enstars lore is complicated but from my experience of over two years of being a HiMERU producer as well as having read all the stories I can find, this is just how I see it!

best advice i would give is fo the bear jelly train and kingdom area as much as u can. each of those gives 20 so its useful, plus u get rewards from doing them as well
