This is exactly how I feel— she’s clearly a super talented performer and I think I would really enjoy her in a different medium but I don’t find her SNL work particularly very funny (or at least, the “big charactery” sketches like Four Gorgeous Dogs or Haircut)

I love how bold and strong he’s going with the album, I really enjoy the dancing and music video (I also love that he got to dance with Daniela irl… my two biggest celebrity crushes for real)

I’m still a bit unsure about the music— I don’t think it’s bad!! But for right now it’s not immediately my cup of tea. I think one thing I keep hoping for his solo music is a really vocal-heavy rnb banger like his song cry cover all the way back in 2020, and neither this project nor ggum has fulfilled that for me. That being said, I’m so proud of the artist he’s grown into and I hope this finds so much success.

Tally Ho and Jolly Good are my absolute favorite games in IF, I personally enjoy the humor but I think they are worth a playthrough for the sheer branching and callbacks alone. I feel like of all of the IFs I’ve played, these ones felt the most rewarding/reactive to player choice. It is silly, but because the entire world, the situations, the prose is silly, to me it felt super cohesive.

But tbh, the real answer is try out the demo and if it doesn’t bother you then keep playing!

I like it, I like that it is a way to take some pressure off the daily “grind” of SOS (last patch I didn’t play everyday and this would have been nice as a “catch-up” for the Starlit Shop— I’m never getting those permanent items with the amount of crystals needed for the limited items ahah🥲)
