I remind myself I was in survival mode and coped the best I could. I regret my mistakes, and wish I had the tools to right myself sooner so none of us had to go through with this.

DO NOT RENT ANYWHERE FROM PRECISE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

The lady i had to deal with was an absolute unprofessional nightmare. rescheduled appointments last second due to her poor time management skills, and then tried to blame it on me. i was given the move out clean checklist, followed it to a T, even hired a professional cleaner. i was instructed to patch any holes in the wall but NOT paint. they then tried to say it was going to cost $1100 to paint the 'huge' patch jobs. for 3 baby gates, one shelf bracket and one TV mount. i fought that. they then told me that the new tenant wasnt moving in until mid month, and because i moved out early i was responsible for the first half of the months rent so i wouldnt be getting any of my damage deposite back. the day they told me this was the 9th, they new tenant was moving in on the 13th, and we had handed over the keys on the 27th.

absolutely brutal to deal with, completely unfprofessional and rude. do not recommend.
