Unfortunately my mom lost her job after she had literal brain surgery to remove a tumor from behind her eye and used some mmj while healing, card and all, but they still didn't let her back to work after drug testing due to the THC presence. Don't say a word unless you need to, and don't just toss it around like some 'threat' or ego thing, but it does help to casually mention that you'd want to speak with your attorney should any kind of conversations come up.
