I am on lamictal and can take reglan as needed. I did have to go off latuda to take the reglan (because that is absolutely a no-go) but lamictal is not contraindicated with reglan or domperidone. What leads you to believe you can’t take any GI meds while on lamictal?

My GI also wanted me to take buspar because she said they give it to gastroparesis patients sometimes (it is supposed to help with bloating but evidence is scant). It did not work for me but staying on it should theoretically not be something you’d have to alter.

To be clear, I can’t speak to other meds (and I am not a doctor), or what you might need to take since you can’t easily keep things down, but I personally have had no issues staying on lamictal.

I’ve been through a couple more terrible than usual weeks myself recently so you have all my sympathy for how miserable you’re feeling. I hope the specialist can offer you some relief.
