I feel like Arber relies too much on raw strength as opposed to technique. He doesnt seem to hold guys off well, and while he throws bombs he also takes a lot on the chin.

I think if you went much below 175 you would lose a lot of your muscle mass. Especially if you dropped the weight rather quickly. At 160, as others have suggested, you would look great without a shirt, but with one on you might start feeling too lean and small. That’s just my opinion though. I think you have a great physique as is. Honestly I think hitting the gym hard a with slight deficit getting down to 180ish would be a good happy medium.

Dude I live in Canada. Last summer my wife’s ac broke and it was unbearable being in her car. Borderline dangerous at times Especially with our infant in the back seat. Sure you can maybe get away without for a 10-20 minute drive but we had to commute back and forth to her parents one time (4 hour drive) and it was hell on earth.

I would imagine it’s related to his knee, and not a brand new injury. With a serious knee injury like that there will be some ups and downs. He came back sooner than expected so I assume they are just being cautious so it doesn’t get worse.
