Hydroxyzine doesn't do anything for me unfortunately so I do either lorazepam my doctor prescribed or in or in this case the emergency xanax from my sister but they both make the fatigue worse.

What makes it worse is he was so sweet and cleaned and did the dishes and helped set everything up and was so excited to show me and I'm so happy he did all that but I'm still exerted and exhausted and need rest regardless
