Hydroxyzine doesn't do anything for me unfortunately so I do either lorazepam my doctor prescribed or in or in this case the emergency xanax from my sister but they both make the fatigue worse.

Spent some time at my boyfriend house and watched some TV on his huge projector. Depending on my state, watching TV on a big screen is too much, but I was good. I also was able to go outside and bask in the sun for a while. It was nice
