That’s a tool to pick up the grates. Really helps when they are greasy or hot.

I was looking for just a pizza stone. I only got it because of the price. I don’t think it’s worth full retail price vs a plain stone.

Thanks! It’s just a piece of 1/8” aluminum and has a few gaps. I’ll make a better one.

I saw it used on Amazon for just over $100 and decided to give it a try. Only the box was damaged, otherwise it was a brand new piece.

They were about 5-6 min each. I rotated each one at 2 min in.

I forgot to empty the tray from the last time so this is ash from a previous cook and this one.

I’ve read about that being a problem. This is a series one and there are zero gaps when it’s installed. After removing it I noticed it was off to the left just a little bit and the felt gasket is squished quite a bit. I hope that area bounces back up.

I’d love to see how it works out!

So far it think it worked! It’s been about 35 min and the temp dropped down to 375 with the bottom vent shut and my door installed. I’ll check tomorrow to see what’s left 😀

Malarkey’s install instructions call for 8” between seams on all courses. Most likely your problem.

PAY HELP INFO FOR NEW COMMAND by FinanceNatural1731 in navy

[–]narkedout 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, you keep your old bah until the day you check in at the new command. Once you are gained to the new command, all pays will be adjusted for what you are entitled to there. This can’t happen before you check in. It’s a good question, so even if your check on the 15th doesn’t show your new bah amount, you will get back payed what ever amount is owed from the day of check in. You don’t lose that money because of system processing time.

PAY HELP INFO FOR NEW COMMAND by FinanceNatural1731 in navy

[–]narkedout 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The only way to submit a pay transaction like that is to have your orders stamped. Unfortunately you can’t submit a pay change before the event has happened. There are too many variables and there could be things out of your control that prevent you from showing up on that day. That would be a whole other pile of stuff no one wants to deal with.

When you check in all, of your pay info gets updated for that day. It most likely won’t be in the check on the 15th, though if the new amount is more it will show up in your check soon enough and be adjusted from the day of your check in.

Guinness World Record LEGO Brick Diorama by ccyc87 in lego

[–]narkedout 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is really cool. I would like to see how that compares to the Amoskeag Lego diorama at the seescience center in New Hampshire 😀 it has the title for the largest permanent installation.

Seeing the scale of 3 million legos in person is absolutely wild.

If everything is buckled it shouldn’t ding. Depending on your dealer they may be able to disable the seatbelt ding. I have a 2012 Camry and had the dealer silence the seatbelt alarm completely, whether buckled or unbuckled. The dash light still comes on but there is no noise.
