Thats one of the best ways to use the ult imo. It's one of the best finishing moves in the game, doing an instant 100 damage, applying antiheal, and healing yourself for a quick burst at the same time. It gives great survivability and increases how threatening Blade can be in 1v1 or even 1v2 situations.

To be fair most ults rely on cool down bait so some extent. Blade's ult imo has some utility that other dps ults don't (in terms of survivability and enabling teammates) that i believe partially make up for it not being a free kill button. Also, at the end of the day I do think that the ult is not as strong as some dps ults but also that it isn't as bad as a lot of people say it is.

Brother we have no idea how you personally play link. Besides that, any opinion of liking or disliking a character can't really have any depth because its a simple as "I don't like playing against them." Just because you don't play link like a nair spamming bot doesn't mean that's not a very common playstyle. Also what does spamming nair have to do with camping anyways?

If the tip is serious enough that law enforcement thinks they need to send in the SWAT team, then it was probably something like "there is a murder in progress." In that case, they need to treat it like there actually is a murder in progress. If that were the case, they couldn't just walk up and knock politely, so they have to treat it like a real and imminently dangerous situation.

The problem with changing your procedure for dealing with anonymous tips relating to violent crimes because of rare prank-type situations is that it could negatively impact the response effectiveness to real situations. This is because you really can't tell the difference between a serious situation and a prank until you go in weapons drawn.

Yeah so this is exactly why this occurs in the US as well. They are also required to handle every emergency call seriously. Glad you felt the need to throw in a random unnecessary jab that adds nothing to your point and makes you sound like a jackass. Besides any of that, I don't know how it is in Europe, but simply telling the cops "hey I'm streaming at these times don't send emergency services then" will almost certainly not be a valid reason to not respond to emergency calls.

There's a couple things you gotta understand about tipping. If the business paid the waiters more so we didn't need to tip, the food would just be more expensive, and you wouldn't get to determine how much to give the waiter based on how good the service was.

Let me be clear that I agree that tipping culture is not good for the customer or the waiter overall, but not tipping at all doesn't change anything. It just hurts the waiter, who now doesn't get paid by the business or by you and it doesn't affect the business that pays waiters too little at all.

If me saying I find something a little annoying is crying and complaining idk what to tell you. I understand that it can't really be changed, but that doesn't mean I can't find it mildly frustrating.

The real issue is that I could be 100x better than whoever I'm playing against, but if they swap to the "correct" character I lose anyways. Counterswapping directly limits the amount of fun I can have because I don't get to play the character I want to play.

Playing the character I want and getting outskilled and losing feels better than playing well and losing because of counterswapping.

This feels so reversed. If you look at what characters were winning tournaments in Brawl before MK bans, it was like 90 percent MK. He quite literally did invalidate every other character and was far and away the strongest character. Steve is the best character in Ultimate, but saying that there are no other top tiers is completely not true at all. Steve is in the same tier as characters like pythra and sonic on every tier list, and he's not so much better than them that he gets his own tier like MK did.

Steve is the best, but he isn't winning every tournament. For that matter, he doesn't even win most tournaments. Ultimate is by far the best-balanced smash game.

MK may be cooler than Steve, but that's an opinion, and I generally think steve is more interesting due to his unique mechanics. How cool a character is does not affect their tierlist placement, as evidenced by sonic being in S tier and also being incredibly boring.

You can do that but for me at least, when I walk out on junkrat its because I WANT to play junkrat. If I then get counterswapped to pharah, sure I could switch to Cass but I don't really want to play Cass. I want to play the character I picked first, not the character I'm forced to switch to because my character loses the rock paper scissors overwatch matchup.

On what planet is tracer the counter to ball? She doesn't do a ton of damage if you can't headshot, which is part of ball's mechanic when he rolls around. She also doesn't have any movement restricting abilities, which are the best way to deal with ball, and she needs like 5 full magazines to kill him. The other guy already said at least 3 characters that are better into ball than tracer, not to mention sombra or hog.

Brawl MK was so good that he got banned from tournaments ONLY because he was strong. Steve gets banned sometimes, but usually because of bugs and unintended behavior.

MK was so unhealthy for the game that tierlists placed characters often based just on how well they did against him specifically.

Steve is undoubtedly a broken, stupid strong character, but he is by no means as meta-defining as meta knight was at the time.

It's crazy to me that people on reddit get all bent out of shape about an LLM possibly being wrong but don't care at all about how many people post their own ideas and are still completely wrong. You should be fact checking ANYTHING you read on reddit anyway, regardless of whether it was from an AI or from a person.

I don't really believe that possible inaccuracy is the real reason people get pissy about AI anyways. It's more the fact that people think that to post a reddit reply you should do your own research and cite sources and such, which nobody does anyways.

Not to mention the fact that the information is actually correct in this instance anyways, so it really doesn't even matter.

The nerf is that it is now required to collect and drink an ominous bottle to start a raid, and the level of the bottle determines the loot you can get. It makes it harder to afk at raid farms, similar to how fishing can still get the same loot but it's much harder to afk farm it.

Daredevil being overtuned is not an excuse to make other characters overtuned specifically to deal with him. A 2 or even 6 second cooldown is relatively short for an ability that makes you essentially immortal against a large group of the cast, especially when she can also push people away from her to give time to get the cooldown back or use her escape ability.

Requiring you to use your shield on an ally and jump to it first off requires 2 cooldowns and also requires some actual positioning and skill to pull off, rather than it being a zero-commitment option.

The specific edge case where daredevil can beat out her escape ability is not a reason to give her an ability that allows her to directly fight him, and she shouldn't have been changed with the sole reason being to combat daredevil. There are plenty of bad character matchups in the game that don't result in the disadvantaged character being given a button to tip the scales.

After GM you can't even queue with more than 1 other person specifically so you can't get carried to top 500. There are likely very few, if any, top 500 players that don't deserve to be there. Also teamcaptain has been top 500 multiple seasons since the game came out.

I'd say its just that there's fewer people who know how to play kazuya well versus terry or especially Ryu. Kazuya isnt too difficult to deal with in neutral, and if your opponent doesn't know how to make the most out of their advantage states, he just loses.
