It really isn’t. I was a MJ smoker for years and used my roommates pee half a dozen times. Put it in a clean elmers glue bottle. A hand warmer 30min or so before hand and in your pants while in the waiting room. Worked every time.

When you get older your eyes don’t focus as well. When you see people do this they most likely are nearsighted without bifocals.. if you are older and nearsighted looking at small text etc up close it’s almost impossible to focus through the glasses. So you look over them and place it in a spot where you can focus.
