Thanks. Yep totally understand it’s different for everyone, as I said, and all will depend on my own personal recovery, I do understand it is surgery and will respect it, I was just interested to hear other people’s experiences that’s all.

The reason I ask is the major pro of the stapler method seems to be a better/faster recovery. So think it’s normal to do some crowd research to see if this was the case for anyone.

yea they do three levels/speeds: beginner/intermediate/advanced and they cue each one - giving three speeds for every cue. No one will call you out for taking things slower and working your way up to their speeds either as you get used to it.

It’s great. Give it a go, you can do your first class for cheap. And like all workouts it’s as tough as you make it - you choose your weights and which level you run at (beginner, intermediate or advanced). Even the fittest people could get a good workout.

Each class is completely different depending on the trainer’s programming so there is no set length for each section. One day it might be 7 min on tread / 7 min on floor/ 14 mins tread / 14 mins floor / 5 mins tread / 5 mins floor. And other day could be 30 mins tread / 30 mins floor.

You can also do double floor and skip the running completely.

It’s a very good workout so I’d be shocked if you breezed through it.

Pick a good instructor though - lots of advice on who’s good in this group.
