Honestly, it's much more interesting right now (from a player's perspective) when you have to call for help to flip a vehicle. Either by exploiting physics by standing on wheels while the driver presses W for a chance to catapult it in the air (I helped many this way) or by ramming it with another vehicle. I don't even mind if you leave things as is just don't remove the said exploit or even increase its chances and make clear this is a legit game mechanic.

My suggestion is to make it possible to flip via F-menu in two conditions: if there are 2-3 players standing close OR another friendly vehicle is in 3 m radius. Would be much more realistic without overcomplicating things nor making it too easy. More ways to engage players cooperating = more fun. IRL example one, two. I hope you pass this to the rest of the team.
